An analog circuit region (120) is composed of a circuit whose characteristics deteriorate in accordance with a noise level included in an inputted signal. A digital circuit region (130) is composed of a circuit which generates noise at a level where the characteristics of the circuit of the analog circuit region (120) deteriorate. A digital circuit region (140), which is composed of only a circuit that generates noise at a level where the characteristics of the circuit of the analog circuit region (120) do not deteriorate (or where deterioration is within an allowable range), is arranged between the analog circuit region and the digital circuit region so that the regions are not in contact.
