The device has units to activate the release of a fluid from a container towards a discharge nozzle (2). The nozzle has a conduit and an outlet which discharges the fluid at a pressure greater than atmospheric pressure on an application area. The fluid has a boiling point less than/equal to 20 degree Celsius and a latent heat of vaporization less than/equal to 200 kilo Joule per kilogram. A protection end cover (13) with openings ensures a distance between an area to be treated and the fluid output. A cap (14), with an orifice on the surface, is fixed at an end of the cover to limit the area. |
