摘要

A high-coordination anionic aquananocomplex comtains electrically charged metal nanoparticles as a chelator and water molecules as ligands. At that the agglomerate of metal nanoparticles has an excess of electrons, water molecules form nanohydrate envelope around the agglomerate of metal nanoparticles at the expense of electrostatic bonds, and agglomerate nanoparticles has electrical bonds at the expense of electrostatic induction.
