A three-axis magnetic sensor and an omni-directional magnetic sensor are provided to exactly measure a geomagnetic azimuth by performing correction excluding an influence by gradient. An omni-directional magnetic sensor, a hybrid magnetic sensor(200), includes a flux gate type magnetic sensor(100) which is a two-axis magnetic sensor, as a substrate. The hybrid magnetic sensor also includes a CPU(20) as an arithmetic processing part, a gradient sensor(22), and a hole element(24). The CPU is formed on the substrate. The hole element such as a magnetic detecting element is mounted by bonding. The hybrid magnetic sensor is entirely covered with the silicon resin.
