A method for selecting the prophylaxis of the dyshormonal diseases of the breast after the spontaneous abortion in the first trimester of the gestation comprises the anamnesis, the examination and the selection of the hormonal contraception within the first three days after the spontaneous abortion. Furthermore, the breasts are examined within the first three days after the spontaneous abortion. In case of hyperprolactinemia in anamnesis prior to the gestation or the tenderness in the breast with hardening of the nipples and the discharge of the milk or the colostrums are detected after the spontaneous abortion, dophaminergic drug of the sustained release is prescribed at a dose of half tablet daily for four days and then one tablet twice a week for at lest six months under the control of prolactin level. In case of the absence of hyperprolactinemia in anamnesis prior to gestation, two months later prolactin level in blood serum is re-assayed and the clinical examination of the breasts is performed. If at this moment hyperprolactinemia is absent while the tenderness in the breast with hardening of the nipples and the discharge of the milk or the colostrums are detected, the dophaminergic drug of the sustained release is prescribed at a dose of half tablet twice a week for three conventional cycles, 28 days each. In case of hyperprolactinemia is first recognized in two months after the spontaneous abortion, dophaminergic drug of the sustained release is prescribed at a dose of one tablet twice a week for at least six months independently of presence or absence of the tenderness in the breast with hardening of the nipples and the discharge of the milk or the colostrums. When the tenderness in the breast with hardening of the nipples and the discharge of the milk or the colostrums are not detected, the phytotherapeutic composition possessing the weak dophaminergic activity is prescribed, 30 drops twice a day for three months with the accompanying daily application of 2.5 g of 1% transdermal gel with micronized progesterone to the breasts. |
