A waste incineration plant has a cylindrical working chamber with loading opening and fire grate, after-burning chamber, ash chamber, channels for air supply and discharge of combustion products. The plant is placed in horizontal position. Afterburning chamber consists of refractory hollow cylinder with partition in axial direction and arc-like cut and fixed to the body of the unit hollow concave reflector. At the side of arc-like cut flange with openings is provided. In the inner wall of the reflector openings are provided for supply of secondary oxidizer to afterburning chamber. At that the partition is installed with gaps relative to side walls of the cylinder and the plant is equipped with a heat exchanger. Use of the invention provides complete waste burning without use of additional sources of energy with obtaining ecologically friendly combustion products.
