METHOD FOR EXPERT-DIAGNOSTIC IDENTIFICATION OF LATENT TREMOR IN ALCOHOL AND NARCOTIC DEPENDENCE

A method for expert-diagnostic identification of the latent tremor in case of alcohol and narcotic dependence is carried out by complex examination of patient ability to carry out the test of purposeful sensorimotor movement coordination accuracy. Additionally a laser test of patient ability by a visual-manual way to point a laser beam from a laser pointer on a standard shooter sporting target located at the distance of 2- from a patient and to fix it within the limits of center (to the "ten") during 5-10 seconds is carried out. In the case of appearance in the process of 2-3-multiple implementation of test of the provoked shaking in the form of oscillation of laser young "hare" outside the "ten", a test of the tremor presence is considered positive, and a tremor severity is evaluated in proportional dependence on amplitude of beam vibrations.
