METHOD FOR OBTAINING OF ALCOHOL-SOLUBLE CHROMIUM DYESTUFF COMPLEXES

A method for obtaining of alcohol-soluble chromium dyestuff complexes comprises the metallization of water-soluble chromium azoic dye complexes 1:2 in 0.5-2  % aqueous solution of polyethyleneglycol with molecular weight of 200-500 followed by the treatment of reaction mass with nitrogen-containing reagents at the temperature of 55-70  °С. This method is more beneficial than the prototype owing to the following: alcohol-soluble dyestuffs are obtained with the concentration of not less than 100  % than in water-soluble analogue, the technological process is simplified substantially, chromium salts are readily utilized and used in the synthesis repeatedly and filtrate obtained after chromium salt separation is low-coloured and does not require additional decoloration.
