The device (1) has a stationary seat (2) that receives a structure carrier part (7) which is applied by a convex surface (10) on the seat. The carrier part and the seat respectively comprise a traversing tubular pipe (11) and a guide slot (6) through which the pipe projects. The slot limits relative displacement of the part with respect to the seat, during cooperation of the slot with the pipe that forms a permanent open passage between a base and a structure e.g. visualization and/or lighting device. The pipe extends exterior to the part and interior to the seat.
