<p>A high strength steel plate having superior workability and plating adhesion characteristic is provided to enhance an adhesion characteristic in zinc plating by obtaining a residual austenite structure through a simple control of the temperature. A high strength steel plate having superior workability and plating adhesion comprises N of 0.082 to 2.0 mass% and C of 0.046 mass% or less in which residual austenite has a volume rate of 3 to 20%. The steel plate contains Si of 0.5 mass% or less. The steel plate includes at least one of Mn of 0.5 to 3.0 mass%, P of 0.01% or more and Al of 0.3% or less. The steel plate includes at least one of Ni, Cr, Ca, Na, Mg and Mo of 2.0 mass% or less, balance of Fe, and unavoidable impurities.</p> |
