The system has Venturi type air concentration and passage systems integrated in ducts whose longitudinal axis is parallel to displacement axis of a vehicle. Dynamos and/or alternators (14), in functional combination with the Venturi systems, are activated by the air accelerated by Venturi effect. The alternators are connected to electric motors (11) coupled to transformers (12) assuring locomotion of the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle including a propulsion system.
