A supply cable (3) includes a connector (33) at its end, where the connector includes an electrical connecting unit (32) contacting another electrical connecting unit (31) of the head for powering the actuator. A maintaining element (2) includes a set of tabs (20) fixed on the head and another set of tabs (24) for assembling the actuator on the structure.
