The device (1) has a cylindrical body (2) including branches (50, 51) that are provided with opening co-axial bores (20, 21), where the body is in the form of a U-shaped yoke. A tubular cylindrical shaped removable bore shaft (31) is associated to a part (38) of the bore (20). A tube (24) is associated to the bore (21) and slides inside the bore (21). An external cylindrical shaped centering ring (32) has a conical peripheral outgrowth (33) that is situated between the branches of the body. The tube is connected to a depression source e.g. dry standpipe.
