A stationary stratosphere station for meteorological astronomic studies (airship of special design) includes housing, inside which is located a special “shaft”, which has upper and lower conical sockets and rigid membrane divided into sections, inside which are located the special bellows, by means of which the airship performs vertical maneuvers (“lifting-landing”); jet engines for accomplishment of diverse maneuvers of dirigible; operator crew space, which is mounted on the upper part of support pads, which are mounted on the external plane of lower socket of “shaft”. On the base of upper socket of the “shaft” of the station is mounted “observational bell”, inside which on the turntable optical (or radio-) telescope and exploratory equipment for it are mounted. Inside the “shaft” a “spiral staircase” is built, inside lower socket of “shaft” a “transitional chamber” is mounted. |
