<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate specification data automatically quickly from specifications history information. <P>SOLUTION: The specifications data generation system is a system in which an automatic specifications data generation part 110 generates specifications data including estimation of construction costs in accordance with construction generation conditions inputted by a computer terminal 100. The construction generation conditions include a plurality of integration standards according to a plurality of regulations, construction section information which ramifies the integration standards according to construction contents, and construction quantity information corresponding to the construction section information. Breakdown information in an arbitrary construction achievement example where the integration standards from the terminal 100 coincide with the construction section information is extracted from a breakdown file 122. The construction costs information corresponding to the kind of job and the construction section information included in the extracted breakdown information is extracted from a construction costs file 121.
