PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal stamper which is easily peeled off from a thermoplastic resin to which a micropattern is transferred when press molding. SOLUTION: The first metal layer 1 of the side of a signal surface 3 having a concavo-convex pattern 4 and the second metal layer 2 of the side of a rear surface 5 of a two-layer type metal stamper 10 comprise two kinds of metals having different linear expansion coefficients (β) respectively, after transferring the concavo-convex pattern 4 on an element sheet by the press molding, when the pressure is released, the deformation which turns the signal surface 3 down and curves in a concave or convex shape is generated, and the stamper is easily peeled off from the element sheet.
