PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening joint device which prevents looseness and separation due to mischief, and also to provide a fastening joint method. SOLUTION: A body 1a of a bolt 1 is passed through holes 6a, 7a formed in fastened joint members 6, 7. A female portion 2b formed on the inner peripheral face of a key nut 2 is threaded to a male portion 1b formed on the outer peripheral face of the bolt 1. A female portion 3c formed on the inner peripheral face of an exclusively fastening nut 3 is threaded to a male portion 3c formed on the outer peripheral face of the key nut 2 with its shape more rough than that of the male portion 1b of the bolt 1. Then, the exclusively fastening nut 3 is rotated in the fastening direction to fasten the key nut 2 to the bolt 1 and the fastened joint members 6, 7 and fasten the fastened joint members 6, 7 to be joined with the key nut 2 and a head 1c of the bolt 1. The exclusively fastening nut 3 is rotated in the loosening direction to remove the exclusively fastening nut 3 from the key nut 2 without loosening the key nut 2 from the bolt 1 and the fastened joint members 6, 7.
