PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade free from waving. SOLUTION: The cleaning blade (5) includes: a substrate layer (6) of polyethylene terephthalate as heat resistant synthetic resin, which has a thickness of 16μm; and a heat seal layer (7) of ethylene vinylacetate copolymer as elastic synthetic resin, which is formed on one side of the substrate layer (6), is meltable by a laser beam, can absorb contraction of an attached rubber modified shock-resistant polystyrene cartridge (2) caused by a temperature change, and has a thickness of 100μm.
