PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide special pulsating stocks composed of natural stocks with solid/powder shape and further with various forms which have no durable period/time limit, and are semipermanently usable. SOLUTION: Special pulsating stocks composed of natural stocks in a reduced amount are efficiently disposed/arranged or blended, so as to be finished, e.g., in a vane of a water wheel 1 in a space on a small scale which has not been realized. Owing to the extremely high natural frequency (Hz) emitted from the elements pulverizing the special wave motion stocks, by vibrating, moving or fluidizing water, an aqueous solution or the like, the natural cluster (denoting the size of grains) of the water, aqueous solution or the like to the original cluster as possible, or is improved/modified to a cluster finer than that.
