PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a hand-wash cabinet for a toilet constructed by erecting a water supply pipe and a drain pipe for washing the hands in a cabinet and allowing an inspection and a replacement of underfloor parts of the pipes from an inspection door. SOLUTION: This structure of the hand-wash cabinet which is disposed on the inspection door bored on the floor face of the toilet is so formed that a water pipe and a drain pipe 4 connected to a faucet C of a wash bowl B are erected inside the hand-wash cabinet A, a water pipe insertion hole 11 for inserting the water pipe 3 and a drain pipe insertion hole 12 for inserting the drain pipe 4 are provided on a bottom board 1 of the hand-wash cabinet A, the bottom board 1 and a riser 2 perpendicularly provided at the front end of the bottom plate 1 are detachably attached to each other, and underfloor parts 31 and 41 of the pipes can be inspected through the inspection door 5.
