An ultrasonic fusion apparatus is provided to prevent seam puckering at a seam portion of a fabric, by fusion-binds an overlapping portion of the fabric through ultrasonic treatment. A fabric pressing unit(10) has a pressing roller(12) for pressing a fabric supplied on a frame. An ultrasonic wave generating unit(40) has a tool horn(42) disposed oppositely to the pressing roller, wherein the tool horn fusion-binds an overlapping portion of the fabric. A height controller(70) has a driving cylinder(72) for moving the fabric pressing unit upwardly and downwardly, and controls the pressure of the pressing roller. A fabric output unit has a driving roller(32) and a supporting roller for outputting the fabric passed by the fabric pressing unit. A foothold unit(120) has switches for transferring a driving force to the fabric pressing unit, operating the tool horn of the ultrasonic wave generating unit, and operating the driving cylinder of the height controller. Further, a fabric supply unit is additionally installed on a sewing surface of the frame. |
