An insulated wire containing an insulated layer coated with polyamideimide-based insulating varnish composition is provided to minimize a damage of the insulated wire in rapid winding. An insulated wire includes an insulated layer formed by applying a siloxane-based polyimide compound and a polyamideimide-based insulating varnish composition so as to improve the self-lubrication of the polyamideimide-based varnish composition. The insulating varnish composition contains polyamideimide as a main material. The insulating varnish composition contains a solvent and various additives added to other varnish compositions. The insulating varnish composition contains the siloxane-based polyamide compound as an acid component.
