An apparatus for measuring a ramp brake over angle of a vehicle is provided to measure a ramp brake over angle conveniently and accurately by winding threads on reels tightly and measuring an angle through arc-shaped grooves. An apparatus for measuring a ramp brake over angle of a vehicle comprises a goniometer(2) and front and rear tire contact devices(4,6). The goniometer includes left and right angle plates(10,12) hinged to left and right sides about a central shaft(8) and a support member(14) rotatably supporting the central shaft. The left and right angle plates have an approximately rectangular shape. The front and rear tire contact devices are inserted respectively to sides of ground portions of the front and rear wheels. Arc-shaped grooves(38,40) are formed in an outer side portion of front and rear plates of the angle plates.
