<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional method wherein a server apparatus specifies the location of a client transmitting a transmission request from an IP address and selects Web information data corresponding to the standard time of the specified location among Web information data stored in the server and transmits the selected data to the user terminal that requires a huge amount of data since the server has to prepare the Web information data by each of cities in the world with time differences from the server location. <P>SOLUTION: The server apparatus disclosed herein specifies the location of the client making a program information transmission request to the server apparatus from the IP address, uses a comparison table recording standard times in locations around the world prepared in advance to figure out the standard time of the specified location, converts a time difference between the standard time in the location of the client and the standard time of the location of the server apparatus, and replaces a part related to time information in response data output from the server apparatus with a conversion value based on the result of the conversion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
