<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem wherein build-up of heating at an operation start initial stage is slow since a rotational frequency of a brine circulating pump is set during construction, and subsequent floor heating is constantly carried out at the same rotational frequency. <P>SOLUTION: In a controller 4 carrying out control of a hot water type heating apparatus 3, if a return temperature of brine detected by a return temperature sensor 49 is lower than a set value (such as T1+1°C<T2) such as at an operation start initial stage of heating operation, rapid heating control is carried out to raise the rotational frequency of the brine circulating pump 33 until the return temperature of the brine rises to the set value. By this, a flow rate of the brine passing through a floor heating panel 32 is increased, and heat radiation capacity of the floor heating panel 32 is enhanced. As a result, heating capacity of the floor heating panel 32 such as at the operation start initial stage of heating operation can be raised, and comfortability of heating by the floor heating panel 32 can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
