<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device for appropriately extracting a peak waveform owing to a reflective object. <P>SOLUTION: A state machine part 89 determines in what state the shape of waveform of an integration signal is in relation to respective points showing signal components at definite time intervals of the integration signal output from an integration processing part 88, and determines that a point series, comprising a plurality of points and following specific state transition, among the points on which a determination is made, is a group which forms a peak waveform showing that a reflected wave from the reflective object is received.
