<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming apparatus capable of opening/shutting a first shutter and a second shutter with simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is equipped with: (a) a first aperture and a second aperture which are opposed to each other and through which the developer can pass, (b1) the first shutter and the second shutter provided adjacently to each other between the first aperture and the second aperture, which are (b2) the first shutter capable of moving between a first shutting position where the first aperture is covered and a first opening position where the first aperture is exposed and the second shutter capable of moving between a second shutting position where the second aperture is covered and a second opening position where the second aperture is exposed (c). (d) The second shutter has an operation part which is engaged with the first shutter and operates the first shutter and whose engagement with the first shutter is released halfway through movement, that is, at least in either opening movement that it moves from the second shutting position to the second opening position or shutting movement that it moves from the second opening position to the second shutting position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
