<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic data access control system allowing access only by a permitted person only in a permitted place. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic data access control system 1 includes a storage part storing access right information set in association with identification information and positional information of a user, a current positional information acquisition part 132 acquiring current positional information of the user, an identification authentication processing part 240 authenticating user identification, an access right determination part 134 determining an access right to electronic data based on authorized user identification information, the current positional information, and the access right information, and an electronic data access processing part 210. In the electronic data access control system, the electronic data are encrypted to be stored.
