<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reserved seat management system for conducting automatic checking with respect to a noncontact type ticket medium in a reserved car of a passenger train, and for easily confirming whether the user is occupying a seat that has been duly reserved. <P>SOLUTION: A noncontact type medium reader, prepared near an entrance of a car, reads the reservation information recorded in the noncontact type ticket medium (noncontact type IC card, or a mobile phone with the functions of the IC card) presented by the user, when the user enters the train, by comparing with reservation information registered, in advance, to automatically check the ticket. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
