PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device with two-way branched outputs in which gain difference between two output amplifiers does not affect the photographed color image. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device comprises: a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements each accumulating the signal charge that corresponds to the received light amount of a first color light, second color light, or third color light; a charge transfer path 103; a branching portion 120 provided to the transfer path 103; a first branched transfer path 105 that transfers signal charges branched from the branching portion 120 and corresponding to the first color light and the third color light; a second branched transfer path 104 that transfers signal charges corresponding to the second color light and whose number of transfer steps is one step greater than that of the branched transfer path 105; and first and second amplifiers provided at the output terminals of the respective branched transfer paths and simultaneously outputting respective voltage-value signals that correspond to the signal charges transferred thereto.
