PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cooling structure of a housing body that is simple and has high cooling capacity. SOLUTION: The cooling structure is provided with a housing body 1 for housing a heat generating element 2, a convection promoting plate 10 for promoting a convection on the basis of heat of the heat generating element 2, and a ventilation passage 30 formed between the housing body 1 and the convection promoting plate 10. The upper side and lower side of the ventilation passage 30 may be open. In addition, the outer surface 3b on the housing side of the housing body 1 and the inner surface 10a on the promoting side of the convection promoting plate 10 may be formed to have the same width and height.
