摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space-saving tube-type ion feeding mechanism locally supplying high-concentration ion well mixed with air currents in a simple way with the use of an element type electrode hardly dispersing, even if it is left in air currents and capable of securing stable discharge and with fluctuation of the air currents, as well as, to provide a static eliminator that uses the same. SOLUTION: In the static eliminator that neutralizes static charge on the surface of an object by installing an ion-generating element, consisting of a dielectric 6, a discharge electrode 5 with minute protrusions arranged on the surface of the dielectric, and an induction electrode 7 in a tube-type conveyance path 8, and conveying positive and negative ions generated by the ion-generating element by the air currents to irradiate it on the surface of the object, the ion-generating element is installed within a range, where it receives action of jet stream generated by the pressure gradient provided in the air currents. The tube-type ion-feeding mechanism mixes the air currents and ions by the action of the jet stream, and the static eliminator incorporates the mechanism in its case. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
