PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box enabling a multi-level display when this packaging box is opened at a store to show a superior visual design and give a convenient handling characteristic while a side surface of the box shows an octagonal shape with connected three pieces and the entire outer appearance of the decahedron. SOLUTION: This box is assembled from sets of two side panels SP and one body panel BP. The side panels comprise a main body panel 11a, right and left side pieces 12a, 12b and lid flaps 13a, 13b. The body panel has an octagonal bottom surface panel 15, a front panel 16a, a rear panel 16b, and lid flaps 17a, 17b connected in series. The right side and left side of the bottom surface panel 15 are provided with right and left connecting pieces 18a, 18b. The right side and left side of the front panel 16a and the rear panel 16b are provided with the right and left connecting pieces 19a, 19b overlapping with the right and left side pieces 12a, 12b of the side panels SP, respectively.
