PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and surely apply for an extension of periodic business inspection of a boiler unit. SOLUTION: The periodic inspection time grasping system comprises: a start detecting means 11 for detecting the start of the boiler unit 20; an operation time detecting means 12 for detecting an operation time of the boiler unit 20; a number of start storing means 13 for storing the total number of times of start of the boiler unit 20; a total operation time storing means 14 for totalizing and storing the operation time of the boiler unit 20; a periodic inspection time database 15 storing the data relating to the number of times of start and the total operation time of the boiler unit 20 of which the periodic inspection time is extendable; a comparing judging means 16 for comparing the number of times of start and the total operation time of the boiler unit 20 with the number of times of start and the total operation time of the boiler unit 20 of which the periodic inspection time is extendable, and judging whether the periodic inspection time can be extended; and a periodic inspection time data outputting means 17 outputting the data relating to the periodic inspection time of the boiler unit 20.
