The device (10) has a supply device for supplying a liquid e.g. sodium chloride-solution, and a forceps or clamp with forceps-shaped electrodes with movable and fixed jaw parts (100, 101) for high frequency (HF) surgery, where the forceps or clamp is designed as biopsy forceps. The supply device is designed for dissection of tissue by a liquid jet and formed at or in the fixed jaw part. A monopolar HF-electrode (103) is designed at an end piece of the supply device in the forceps or clamp and suitable for dissection and/or coagulation of the tissue.
