POSITIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT THERMISTOR MODULE

A PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistor module is provided to set the installation position of a PTC device by installing supporting ribs in a module housing. A PTC thermistor module(100) includes a module housing, at least one pair of supporting ribs(123), a supporting protrusion(119), and a PTC device(103). The module housing is composed of an upper case(102) and a lower case(101) which face each other. At least one pair of supporting ribs are formed on the inner surface of any one of the upper and lower cases to face each other. The PTC device is formed on the inner surface of the other one of the upper and lower cases. The PTC device is fixed to the module housing by the supporting ribs and the supporting protrusion.
