A manufacturing method of a needle roller is provided to make the coupling of micro-needles and a roller easier, and to prevent the end portions of the micro-needles from being bent during the coupling process. A manufacturing method of a needle roller includes the steps of: molding a roller(10) to make an outer cover member made of a silicone material enclose the surface of a core member; inserting plural micro-needles compulsorily into the outer cover member(15) of the roller; and applying ceramic on the surface of the roller. On the surface of the core member, inclination protrusions are formed in a ring shape. One end of the micro-needle is guided by the inclination protrusion to come into contact with the surface of the core member. The core member and the micro-needles are made of a conductive material. |
