<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack device which can prevent a receiver from slipping off rack posts and an incubator with the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the rack device 1, the receiver 11 is mounted across the pair of rack posts 8 and 9 to hold a rack on the receiver 11. The rack device includes a pair of engaging hooks 11C and 11D formed on the receiver and engaging holes 14 and 18 which are formed respectively in plurality on both the rack posts to get both the engaging hooks of the receiver detachably engaged with them. The rack posts are allowed to alter the mutual interval and the interval between both the rack posts is altered, thereby enabling the selection of a first state where the engaging hooks are engageable with the engaging holes and a second state where the movement of the receiver is regulated while the engaging hooks are engaged with the engaging holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
