PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily conduct the setting of a condition for simultaneously machining a workpiece having three-dimensional surfaces.

SOLUTION: A laser machining apparatus is provided with: a machining condition setting part for setting three-dimensional shape information and machining content information, which correspond to a workpiece surface, as machining conditions for machining the surface into a desired pattern; a machining data producing part for producing laser machining data for the workpiece surface according to the machining conditions established at the machining condition setting part; and a display part for three-dimensionally displaying the image of the laser machining data produced at the machining data producing part. The machining condition setting part has a copying function of copying the established machining conditions and pasting them as new conditions. The copying function includes a content copying function, which copies only the machining content information except for the three-dimensional shape information from the established machining conditions and pastes it, and a shape copying function, which copies the three-dimensional shape information and the machining content information from the established machining conditions and pastes them. The machining condition setting part has a copy switching means for switching between the content copying function and the shape copying function when executing the copying function.
