<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly complete an application procedure in application to a service or commodity which needs confirmation of an applicant's intention and individual confirmation of the applicant. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic application form system comprises a touch screen used as both an output device for displaying an image and an input device for receiving input by touch on a screen of the output device; a means for fetching identification as image information; a means for receiving input of application information of the service or commodity and storing the application information; a means for storing signature image information of a handwritten signature inputted and received by the touch screen; a means for storing the fetched image information of identification; a means for associating the stored application information and signature image information with the identification image information as those related to the same application; and a means for transmitting the associated application information and signature image information to a server through a network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
