DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AUTOMOBILE FLAP OR AUTOMOBILE DOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for assuring simple and reliable motion for an automobile flap or an automobile door to assure detection and evaluation of simple and reliable motion for a control method for the automobile flap or automobile door.

SOLUTION: The device and method for controlling the automobile flap or automobile door comprise a housing 2 with its first end 3 turnably connected to one of the automobile flap 6 and automobile door and to an automobile frame 4 and with its second end 5 turnably connected to the other of the automobile flap 6 and automobile door and to the automobile frame 4; a driving control device 8 disposed at the housing 2; and at least one sensor formed as an acceleration sensor 11. The device and method for assuring simple and reliable movement and detection and evaluation of this movement is achieved by disposing the acceleration sensor 11 at the housing 2, and detecting the acceleration of the automobile flap 6 or automobile door by the acceleration sensor 11.
