PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system capable of solving a hidden terminal problem and also reducing an exposed terminal problem.

SOLUTION: The wireless communication system includes a wireless base station (AP1) and a plurality of belonging wireless terminals (STA1 to STA3) belonging to the wireless base station (AP1), and the wireless base station (AP1) particularizes radio wave receiving power between the belonging wireless terminals (STA1 to STA3) and other belonging wireless terminals (STA1 to STA3) remotest from the belonging wireless terminals (STA1 to STA3) by each of the belonging wireless terminals (STA1 to STA3). Further, the wireless base station (AP1) sets the radio wave receiving power particularized by each of the belonging wireless terminals (STA1 to STA3) to each of the belonging wireless terminals (STA1 to STA3) as a carrier sense level being a criterion indicating whether or not a wireless terminal during wireless transmission exists.
