PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamper capable of clamping an object to be clamped as if embraced while drawing such a smooth curve as a kite leg and of being designed to secure a sufficient opening width when opening its clamping portion for allowing simple clamping work as that with a clothespin. SOLUTION: The clamper comprises a tensile portion 2 arranged along an elastic arm body 1 and connected at one end to the vicinity 3 of one end of the arm body, and a tensile means for tensing the other end thereof.
