PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra-intensive culture system eliminating such inefficient work as in-and-out carrying/installation accompanying night cold, cooling and heating, and/or air blasting to improve workability of other works, realizing severe allowance of error in temperature setting and time setting, suppressing energy loss through making the whole of the system compact so as to result in efficient and economical temperature control. SOLUTION: The ultra-intensive culture system is provided with the following: a plurality pieces of seedling-bed containers each charged with culture soil where a plurality of seedlings are separately planted in lines; a support table on which the containers are placed; a first heat pipe adjacently set above the culture soil or into the culture soil at the midway part of the lines of a plurality of seedlings; and a second heat pipe set on the support table. The first and second heat pipes are each provided with an inner pipe and an outer pipe having the same axis which are placed substantially each in a horizontal posture. The space between the outer pipe and the inner pipe is evacuated, and then hermetically charged with operating fluid.
