PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium delivering device or the like having high positioning accuracy between a pedestal part with a delivering mechanism arranged and a stacker part stacking a medium to be delivered and high positioning accuracy between a housing covering the pedestal part and the stacker part. SOLUTION: In this medium delivering device, positioning fixing parts 148 improving the positioning accuracy between the stacker part and housing part when positioning and fixing the pedestal parts 144a, 144b with the stacker part 142 attached, are provided in the pedestal parts and hosing part. Thereby, a positioning relation between the pedestal parts and the stacker part and a positioning relation between the housing and the stacker parts can be kept high in accuracy, therefore, if the medium delivering device is applied, for example, to a recording device, the recording device capable of recording with high accuracy at a high speed can be formed.
