<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and apparatus of a secondary battery equipped with an insulating porous protective layer by using a coating paint containing no aggregate. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a secondary battery member comprises a step (S01) of dispersing and mixing an inorganic oxide filler 21, solvent 22, and binder 23 to fabricate the coating paint; a step (S02) of supplying the coating paint to a first depositing tank, allowing it to stand, and removing the aggregate and deposit in the first depositing tank; a step (S03) of supplying the coating paint to a second depositing tank, and further removing the aggregate and deposit in the second depositing tank before gravure printing; and a step (S04) of applying the coating paint from which the aggregate and deposit have been removed through a gravure roll to the member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
