PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of performing guidance for walking by a simple procedure, without utilizing information center or without having to instal a GPS. SOLUTION: A guidance route calculation part 35 for walking calculates and stores a guidance start position, such as a position where a vehicle is parked, and a guidance route for walking to a final destination reached by walking, after getting off the vehicle. A walking navigation moving picture creation part 43 creates a moving picture in which a current position is moved from the guidance start position to the destination, along the guidance route at a prescribed speed and a map of a prescribed range is moved according to the movement. When moving of the current position, speed adjustment is performed so that the current position is slowed down at intersections, slopes, stairways, and so forth. The walking navigation moving picture created is output to an external mobile device by radio, wire, an attachable/detachable memory, and so forth, is reproduced and displayed in the mobile device, is adjusted in its reproduction speed, as required, so as to be utilized by the user.
