PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation reception from a user by skillfully utilizing speech recognition results. SOLUTION: A voice recognition part 62 of a voice recognition related unit 60 analyzes 'a voice emitted from a speaker' input through a voice input part 61, and outputs a result recognized by using a recognition dictionary 66 as recognition results. An attitude determination part 63 determines a function attitude and a function modifying attitude corresponding to the recognition results by using a correspondence relation of an attitude information database. An operation reception screen determination part 64 determines an operation reception screen corresponding to the function attitude and the function modifying attitude determined by the attitude determination part 63 by using a correspondence of an equipment operation information database. A short-cut button formation part 65 forms a short-cut button corresponding to the operation reception screen determined by the operation reception screen determination part 64.
