<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate to confirm the state of a toll gate by tracing the state of the toll gate. <P>SOLUTION: This toll gate monitoring system is provided with a video storing part for storing video information obtained by photographing a traveling lane of the toll gate in a hard disk while associated with time, and a processing transaction storing part for storing a processing transaction list composed of entries for associating operation information showing the operation of a toll receiving machine with time.
