PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular gusset structure capable of reducing burden of load at a bonded part of the gusset and a cross member. SOLUTION: The gusset 10 comprising a gusset upper 22 and a gusset lower 24 is laid between a lower part of a center pillar 18 and an end 14B side in a longitudinal direction of an upper surface part 14D of the cross member 14. A first projection part 50 is formed on an outer side in a vehicle width direction of a bolt fastening part 48 of the upper surface part 14D, and an abutment part 38 is arranged in the form of opposed to this. Accordingly, when a load of side surface collision is inputted to the lower part of the center pillar 18 and the gusset 10 is slightly displaced to an inner side in the vehicle width direction, the abutment part 38 interferes with the first projection part 50, a load transmission route inputted from the first projection part 50 is formed in addition to a load transmission route inputted from a bolt fastening part 48, and burden of the load on the bolt fastening part 48 is reduced by that much.
